I’m not sure how we didn’t hear about this sooner, but it’s better late than never. 91-year-old Tommy Lasorda used the Dodgers bullpen cart then threw an absolute seed to the plate.

No wonder the Dodgers won Game 3. It was the only option after a first pitch from the living legend that is Tommy Lasorda.
The Dodgers should have him throw out the first pitch before the rest of the games in Los Angeles. They probably won’t and if they end up losing the series, that can be pointed to as one of the reasons.
