WE posted about this story yesterday, and now we have a great follow up. 10-year G League veteran Andre Ingram scored 19 points for the Los Angeles Lakers vs. the Houston Rockets in his long-awaited NBA debut.
This is really one of the great stories in sports right now. The guy toiled away in the G-League for 10 years, and finally got the call. This is something you see happen more in baseball than basketball.
He made it, and when given an opportunity, he did pretty well for himself. Congrats to Ingram, hopefully he can keep a roster spot for next season.
